• Make sure you're on a stable Wi-Fi or data connection.• Once installed, the eSIM can't be moved to another device, so install it on the phone you'll use.• You can't install during a call. Please wait until the call ends.• If you have a previously used eSIM, delete it or turn it off.
One-click installation
If you installed the eSIM directly on your phone, continue from Step 3.
